Open to in-house SEO roles in Copenhagen

SEO specialist turning search into measurable business growth.

8+ years in the weeds of organic. Took a B2B client site from near-zero to 574K impressions and 5,790 clicks in one quarter (~23K daily at peak). Based in Copenhagen, looking for a team to grow with.

currently: reading Danish job listings and over-optimising my own meta description.

Ashraful crouched on a rain-slicked Copenhagen street at night, notebook in hand, beside a laptop showing a Google Search Console dashboard, surrounded by 'CRIME SCENE — DO NOT RANK' tape and chalk text reading 'Victim: Organic Traffic. Last seen: Page 1.'

Working with me

the part most CVs quietly skip.

Results matter. The person shipping them matters more.

Four things hiring managers usually find out three months in. Here they are on day one.

Business first

Rankings are vanity. Revenue is sanity.

Every SEO decision I make ladders back to a business outcome, the right traffic, real pipeline, compounding visibility. Not a screenshot of a green arrow.

no dashboards for the sake of dashboards

Proactive by default

I bring the problem and the fix, together.

You will not need to hand me a backlog. I audit, spot the gap, ship the plan and follow up before anyone asks. Fewer meetings, more moved metrics.

I read the crawl logs so you don't have to

Technical and human

Fluent with devs. Kind to writers.

I speak schema, Core Web Vitals and internal linking with engineering, then translate the same idea into a brief a content team actually wants to write.

half nerd, half editor

Built for what's next

Optimising for the search that's coming.

Classic SEO still pays the bills, but AI answers, zero-click SERPs and shifting intent are already here. I build for both, so growth doesn't stall when the rules change.

ChatGPT is a channel now, plan accordingly

The search that's already changing

the blue links are not dead. they're sharing the page.

Classic SEO still pays the bills. I'm already building for what's next.

AI answers, zero-click SERPs and shifting intent are not a future problem, they're a this-quarter problem. Here's the work I'm doing today so growth doesn't stall when the rules change.

01
Structure machines can parse

Entity clarity over keyword stuffing.

Schema, semantic markup and clean entity definitions so AI systems can read, trust and cite your content instead of guessing what it's about. The same foundation classic SEO rewards, just harder.

schema is the new title tag
02
Built to be quoted

Write for being referenced, not ranked.

Clear answers, sourced claims, scannable structure. Content framed so an LLM can lift a sentence and point back at you, rather than summarise you out of existence.

be the citation, not the summary
03
Visibility you can measure

You can't optimise what you don't watch.

Tracking how and whether your brand appears across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Not vibes, not a guess, a repeatable check I can put on a dashboard.

still early. still measurable.

honestly:

I'm not selling an "AI ranking" magic trick.

It's early, it's messy, and anyone who promises you a number for ChatGPT is lying.

I track it, I build for it, and I'll tell you exactly what's working.

Transparency First

The growth curve

One quarter. One content rebuild. 574K impressions.

Inherited a flatlined B2B site bleeding crawl budget on pages nobody wanted. Cleaned up the index, rebuilt the templates around real query intent, and shipped a topical content cluster that actually answered what people were searching for. Three months later the chart looked like this.

About

Eight years of organic. Zero patience for fluff.

I'm Ashraful, an SEO specialist currently working with Conceivio. I've spent the last eight years doing the kind of SEO that gets boring to talk about at parties: technical audits, content rebuilds, internal linking, the schema you forgot to add, the redirect chain nobody noticed.

I have spent more time inside Google Search Console than on social media. My friends think I need help. My clients think I need a raise.

I'm in Copenhagen and I'm looking for an in-house team that ships things, measures honestly, and treats organic as a real channel rather than a line item. I work best with one product, one roadmap, and a Slack channel I can annoy.

Selected work

Three honest stories with real numbers.

Most clients are under NDA. The numbers are not. Each one is a real engagement with a real chart I can walk you through.
